Profile, preferences, and account

Open Profile from the dashboard to manage your workspace identity, how dates and numbers are shown, notifications, AI-related options, and—when you are the workspace owner—Billing.

Tabs

Tab What it’s for
Preferences Display name and other fields collected at registration. Timezone, date/time/number formats, and display currency (how metrics and usage numbers are formatted in the dashboard). All timestamps in the dashboard (tables, notifications, search, charts) use your profile timezone, date format, and time format. If timezone is unset, the default is UTC.
Account Personal contact fields (when shown), password change (you must enter your current password in addition to the new one), data export, account deletion request, and link to authenticator security settings. Billing address and VAT live under Billing → Manage billing (Stripe), not on this tab.
AI Provider and model (when your plan includes Custom AI), optional OpenAI / Anthropic keys (stored securely), and Use my own AI keys. When the toggle is off, Patcherly uses platform keys and defaults. When on, your keys are used for analysis (see Plans & billing). On plans with auto-analysis, this tab also has the Auto-Analysis Preferences card so you can turn auto-analysis on per target. If you are the workspace owner and your plan includes the auto-apply feature, you can also set a personal minimum confidence here for your own auto-apply approvals; otherwise the workspace default applies and the card is hidden. Metrics options such as hourly rate for "money saved" estimates also live on this tab.
Notifications Email and in-app toggles per event type (including policy notices such as dormant free-workspace notices).
Billing Plan, invoices, Stripe customer portal, subscription changes. See Plans & billing — billing currency for checkout is not the same as Preferences → Display currency.

Saving changes

  • Preferences / Account dynamic cards: Edit the fields on a card and click Save on that card. Which fields appear depends on your workspace setup.
  • Date & time / display currency blocks: Use Save preferences where shown.
  • Notifications tab: Toggle events on/off, then click Save notification preferences.
