Finding errors and targets quickly¶
Use quick search or the Errors page filters to jump to the incident or target you need.
Quick search (keyboard shortcut)¶
From anywhere in the dashboard:
- Press Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) or ⌘K (Mac), or click the search icon in the top bar.
- Start typing — at least two characters work best.
- Pick a result to open that error, target, or dashboard page.
Use the tabs at the top of the palette (All, Pages, Errors, Targets, Help) to narrow results. Docs appears for superadmin accounts only.
Quick search is the fastest way to move around when you already know part of a name, URL, or error message.
Filter on the Errors page¶
When you want a list rather than a single jump:
- Open Errors in the sidebar.
- Use the filters at the top — for example status (pending, fixed, and so on), target, or date range.
- Combine filters with the search box on that page to narrow the list.
Use this when you are triaging several similar issues or reviewing everything open on one target.
Tips¶
- Quick search — “take me there” (one error, one target, or a settings page).
- Errors filters — “show me everything that matches these rules.”
- If quick search shows no matches, try a shorter keyword or open Errors and filter by target first.
