Password reset

If you forgot your password, you can request a reset link from the login page.

Steps

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Send reset link.
  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Patcherly with the subject Reset your password.
  5. Click the link in the email. It opens the Set your password page and is valid for 30 minutes.
  6. Enter a new password that meets the on-screen requirements (length, letters, numbers, symbols) and confirm it, then click Reset password.
  7. After a successful reset, sign in with your email and the new password.

Notes

  • The reset link is single-use: after you successfully set a new password, that link stops working (you cannot reuse it). It also expires after 30 minutes. If it expired or was already used, request a new link from the forgot-password page.
  • If you don’t receive the email, check spam/junk and that you entered the same email you use to sign in. You can request the link again.
  • Passwords must be at least 12 characters long.
