  2. Enable/disable specific events under "In-App Notifications"
  3. Check your notification bell frequently for updates

Best Practices

Optimizing Your Preferences

  1. Critical Events: Enable both email and in-app for:
  2. New error detected
  3. Patch failed
  4. Rollback triggered

  5. Important Events: Enable in-app only for:

  6. Error patched (frequent if you have many errors)
  7. Agent key issues (less frequent)

  8. Low Priority Events: Consider disabling for:

  9. Trial ending (you'll get multiple reminders)
  10. In-app notifications for all events if you prefer email only

Managing Notification Volume

  • Review and delete old notifications regularly
  • Use filters to find specific notifications
  • Adjust preferences if you're receiving too many alerts
  • Archive read notifications to keep notification center clean

Staying Informed

  1. Check regularly: Visit notification center at least weekly
  2. Review settings: Update preferences as your needs change
  3. Monitor email: Ensure you're receiving email notifications
  4. Test notifications: Trigger a test to verify everything is working
