Email notification preferences

Control which optional Patcherly emails you receive. Mandatory messages (sign-in codes, billing receipts, account deletion confirmations, and similar contractual notices) are always sent and cannot be turned off from this page.

Profile settings

  1. Open Profile from the top bar.
  2. Go to the Notifications tab.
  3. Toggle Email, In-app, and (for workspace admins) Slack / Discord / Teams / Webhook columns per event.
  4. Click Save Notification Preferences.

Outdated Connector (Profile) maps to the Connector update available email when a target runs an older connector release.

Changes apply to your user account only. Other workspace members keep their own preferences.

One-click unsubscribe in email

Optional notification emails include a standard footer with branding links (including Privacy Policy) and, when applicable, an Unsubscribe from these notifications link. Mail clients may also show a native Unsubscribe button (RFC 8058) using the same link.

  • Clicking the link does not require login — it disables email for that specific notification type on your account.
  • You can turn the notification back on anytime from Profile → Notifications.
  • Clicking the link more than once is safe; you will see an “already unsubscribed” confirmation.

Mandatory transactional emails include the same branding footer but no unsubscribe link, because those messages are required for account security or billing.
